I am still trying to figure out some techniques in Procreate, but overall I love how this turned out! Eventually I want to print out a blank version of her to do a watercolored version.
I made this in my art journal using lots of cut out circles using two types of scrapbook paper I had lying around my art room. The mermaid is colored using Daniel Smith and Designs by Rachel Beth watercolors.
